Salary Range : $53,000.00 Salary DescriptionAre you interested in working with an organization that is transforming the way America cares for and educates its children?The Children’s Guild (TCG) is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's online presence. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance, appearance, accuracy, and functionality of The Children's Guild website, social media accounts, and its sub-properties. The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage digital accounts related to TCG's online presence, serve as the point of contact for vendors, and contribute to budget recommendations aligned with the company's organizational structure, goals, and marketing strategies.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management

Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.• Design and develop WordPress websites using Divi for user-friendly experiences.• Maintain front-end and back-end elements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.• Update visual content across eleven websites for accuracy and consistency.• Respond to companywide creative service requests related to websites.• Uphold branding guidelines for visual consistency.• Implement responsive and mobile-friendly designs.• Monitor website analytics and user behavior for optimization.Social Media Management• Manage the social media content calendar and use analytics tools for performance tracking.• Implement social media strategies for brand visibility.• Collaborate with the Creative Director, designers, copywriters, and video producers to develop integrated marketing materials.• Use social media management software to create, curate, manage, and analyze content on various platforms.• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns.• Analyze response data and generate reports to provide insights.• Implement A/B testing on social media campaigns.Content and Graphics• Collaborate with the Creative Director to produce graphics, web banners, icons, photos, and videos.• Help manage vendor resources and support.• Maintain Google My Business and other online profiles for the organization and its services.• Ensure online visuals are optimized for SEO and user engagement.• Manage the organization and archives of creative files.Administrative Responsibilities:• Write the monthly marketing newsletter for internal distribution.• Manage web hosting accounts and monitor domain registrations.• Maintain records of passwords and budget allocations.• Organize team’s digital creative file folders.• Collaborate with finance and vendors for invoicing.• Maintain website vendor contact and service agreements.• Generate regular reports on performance and compliance.• Assist in obtaining permissions and licenses for copyrighted content.Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesTo excel in this role, you should possess:• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Jungle Mail.• Proficiency in Hootsuite.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat.• Strong command of digital tools: WordPress, Divi, HTML, CSS.• Design skills encompassing illustration, layout design, presentation creation, web design UX/UI, and infographic design.• Proven social media management skills.• Demonstrated data analysis skills.• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.• Attention to detail and commitment to adhering to brand guidelines.• Strong organizational and communication skills.Qualifications• A bachelor’s degree or bachelor’s candidate is preferred, but not required, with a focus in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.• Minimum 3 consecutive years of experience in digital marketing, social content management, and web design.• Portfolio or examples of relevant design and website development work.Remote/Telework EligibilityThis is a hybrid position.
