The Director of Retail Marketing will lead OOFOS Brand Activation in the Wholesale Business Unit. The key task is to create, plan, and execute marketing, retail activation and engagement, and education programs in support of OOFOS’ key strategic initiatives and business goals. In addition to day-to-day support of brand awareness, customer engagement, and consumer activation at our retail locations. The Director of Retail Marketing will be the leader of our Field Marketing, (OOtech) program, managing the team to educate, activate, and engage retailers and consumers in the marketplace.The candidate is responsible for supporting the creation and ongoing development of marketing collateral for OOFOS for all wholesale/retail sales channels. Exhibiting strong project management skills, the Director of Retail Marketing will work within a team environment where high quality execution is a priority. This role will orchestrate projects across multiple departments including Sales Management, Marketing and Events, Finance, in addition to OOFOS Sales representatives and field tech team members (OOtechs).Primary Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Head of Sales to identify key Specialty Retail partners and Key Accounts for revenue growth and OOFOS brand presentation and evaluation.Lead and manage the OOtech Market Program providing strategic direction on their priorities and day to leadership of the field team to accelerate consumer and retailer education, engagement, and market activations.Identify revenue objectives and opportunities within key specialty accounts and Key Accounts to position OOFOS for annual shipped revenue growth and increased sell through by tapping into recovery themed awareness and promotions in-store and online.Work with the Head of Marketing, Key Account Managers, and key account partners to establish and execute seasonal retail marketing opportunities.Coordinate with Head of Sales and Sale Reps to ensure marketing opportunities are maximized through alignment of product buy and marketing.Manage retail-facing platforms dedicated to sales training and retail education to provide regular content updates and communications.Consistently work with Brand Marketing to ensure that all wholesale initiatives support and are consistent with Brand Messaging and Brand Strategy.Work with the Head of Marketing to identify, develop and implement consistent seasonal assets for owned retail ecommerce platforms.Manage POP inventory and distribution process to ensure availability and fulfillment.Coordinate with Sales Leadership team to identify wholesale POP needs through fulfillment, review and tracking of POP inventory.Serve as internal POC for sales reps and accounts in coordinating and executing shop-in-shop implementations i.e. images, dims, assortments, and timelines.Establish reporting guidelines for key retailers to track/analyze ROI on OOFOS Marketing investments.Develop and manage a system to track ROI for OOFOS marketing materials at key clients.Work in tandem with the Sales Leadership, OOtechs and Sale reps to ensure all SIS specifications and requirements are met pre- and post-install, including reporting/analysis on post-install performance lift.Serves as a marketing lead for channel and OOFOS marketing materials including but not limited to instore and online execution consistent with OOFOS brand marketing.Maintain documentation and communicate approval and pending materials.Works closely with colleagues on updating, formatting and redesigning materials; coordinating compliance approvals and monitoring inventory. Share ideas, solutions, and learning.Plans, coordinates, and executes events using multiple platforms including OOFOS B2B.Collaborates with subject matter experts, including the Head of Marketing on content and coordinates promotion with the OOFOS marketing team.Broadly communicate status, metrics, and results to stakeholders.Assists marketing team with content deliverables including email, social media and digital channels such as the website.Seek continuous improvement and develop best practices allowing for scale and efficiency across channels.Contribute to the process by identifying and improving standards that will enhance materials and improve efficiency.Interacts with Sales Management, Product Management and Sales team to facilitate and promote in-person and virtual webinars/events at the national, territory and wholesaler level. This includes creating invitations and follow-up and gathering specific materials needed for the event.Contribute to the advancement of the Sales and Marketing Teams by adopting best practices and adhering to ambitious standards.Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required or relevant experience.5-7 years of experience with brands and/or strong consumer facing companies with highly engaged consumer and retail followings.Outstanding project management and written and oral communications skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Ability to work on multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines.Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize; attention to detail, strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills are required as well as a solid work ethic and professionalism.Take a proactive role in managing projects.Ability to work with databases as well as CRM programs.Job Type: Full time - ExemptIf you think you’d be a good fit for our team, please tell us why in a brief cover letter along with your resume.
