Welcome to Bosch!**Job Description**We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Sr. Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role concentrates on current and emerging mobility markets and trends that will shape the future of the industry such as electrification.**Key Responsibilities:**+ **Market Analysis:** Identify disruptive trends potentially impacting current or future revenue streams in the mobility ecosystem through desktop research, attending relevant conferences, working with large consultant agencies and collaboration with internal experts. Analyze impact to the business.+ **Strategy Development:** Develop strategy and inform strategic decisions with a comprehensive understanding of customer preferences, competitor actions, technological advancements, and implications of political and regulatory landscapes. “Filter through the noise” to identify what is important for internal customers in the regional divisions and central sales teams. Use information to lead the development and implementation of strategic targets and initiatives.+ **Collaboration/Communication:** Engage with regional and global mobility stakeholders to influence decision-making processes and contribute to shaping the future of mobility at Bosch. Communicate strategy via defined meetings & platforms.+ **Scenario Planning and Market Prognosis:** Develop BBM market mobility scenarios based on external analysis and trends; project potential developments, opportunities, and threats. Forecast market development via vehicle volumes and platforms.+ **Manage and Optimize Stakeholder Network:** Drive alignment between global and regional stakeholders**Qualifications****Required Qualifications:**+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics and Management, or Business Administration+ High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Competency in other digital tools (e.g. Power BI, Canva, etc.)+ 3+ years’ work experience in Marketing, Sales, or Strategy and Mobility Sector+ Strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret and apply key data+ Self-motivated and able to effectively complete tasks**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Eagerness to learn and engage with new ideas+ 2+ years of experience initiating and leading cross-functional collaboration+ Demonstrated project management skills to drive forward new business solutions+ Proven ability to work effectively in Microsoft Teams**Additional Information**As a Senior Analyst within our dynamic team at Bosch, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobility solutions.
