Description**Document Imaging and Design Specialist****Martinsville, VA****Job Description:**As a Document Imaging and Design Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that client requirements are met with precision and efficiency. Collaborating with the production team, you will handle a variety of tasks across the Print Shop, Scan Room, and Mail Center, with a strong emphasis on document design, data management, and programming surveys for scanning.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Operate and troubleshoot a wide range of print, scan, and mailing equipment.+ Design and format documents, including letters, surveys, and labels, ensuring they meet client specifications.+ Program and configure surveys for efficient scanning and data capture.+ Perform data merges and manage output to digital and inkjet printers.+ Upload files to postal websites for presort mail shipments, and verify and print postal paperwork.+ Proofread and edit documents to maintain high-quality standards.+ Prepare and execute large-scale mailings, including sorting, bundling, and packaging.+ Manage and maintain inventory levels, including postal supplies.+ Handle, batch, and track survey returns with accuracy.+ Scan and manually input respondent data, ensuring data integrity.+ Maintain and order inventory as needed to support continuous operations.+ Manage funds used for survey incentives, ensuring secure handling.**Qualifications**+ High school diploma or equivalent required.**Preferred Qualifications**+ Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office Suite programs.+ Experience with digital presses and mail inserters is preferred.+ Strong technical skills, including experience with data merges and document design software.+ Familiarity with programming surveys for scanning and data capture.**Working at ICF**ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.
