Description**Reprographics Specialist****Martinsville, VA****Job Description:**As a Reprographics Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the production team to ensure the accurate and timely completion of client projects. This role encompasses responsibilities across the Print Shop, Scan Room, and Mail Center, including printing and assembling jobs, preparing mailings of various scales, scanning incoming mail and surveys, and performing data entry tasks.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Operate a wide range of print, scan, and mailing equipment.+ Perform hand folding, stuffing, sealing, and packaging of materials.+ Maintain and manage inventory, placing orders as necessary.+ Upload files to postal websites for presort mail shipments, print, and verify postal paperwork.+ Prepare mail for the post office, including sorting, bundling, banding, and wrapping.+ Monitor and maintain postal supplies inventory.+ Manage funds used for incentives.+ Scan incoming mail and other documents as required.+ Prepare and package materials for mailing.+ Handle, batch, and track survey returns.+ Scan and manually input respondent data.**Qualifications**+ High school diploma or equivalent required.**Preferred Qualifications**+ Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office Suite programs.+ Experience with digital presses and mail inserters is preferred.**Working at ICF**ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.
