Our dynamic **Growth Marketing team** strives to deeply understand our business and clients, creating omni-channel, personalized experiences that drive new household growth and deepen relationships between our financial advisors and their clients. Situated within our Personalization department, the **Senior Marketing Analyst** works across teams and functions to deeply understand campaign performance and surface new opportunities across marketing channels and advisor touchpoints. Our department is rapidly advancing capabilities in personalization, automation, segmentation, and performance analytics to deliver tailored experiences for clients and branch teams.**What You'll do:**The **Senior Growth Marketing Analyst** translates audience, channel, and campaign data into actionable insights and compelling stories to move our business forward. The central scope of delivery in this role includes, but is not limited to:+ Provides a holistic view of full-funnel marketing performance across brand and performance media, owned channels, and branch team tools and strategies.+ Produces deep-dive ROI and attribution analysis in marketing programs, including campaign matchback.+ Designs automated reports and dashboards - lead marketing, technology, and analytics teams, as well as external vendors, to define and deliver.+ Leads prioritization, scope description, and definition documentation for Growth Marketing's needs from other internal Insights & Measure, Data, and Analytics team+ Analyze behavioral and financial data to demonstrate return on investment.+ Support the development of innovative solutions to measure and evolve omnichannel marketing performance, such as CRM implementation, website journey optimization and multi-touch attribution.+ Clean, transform and prepare data for analysis in visualization and reporting tools.+ Create impactful, data-driven stories that answer business questions and inform decision-making for marketing campaigns, product development and experience design.+ Develop and manage business relationships with marketing strategists, product owners, channel managers, content strategists, and Marketing and Technology leaders.+ Proactively identify new business, marketing or efficiency opportunities, propose solutions and drive implementation of solutions with support from leader.+ Serve as a subject matter expert and clearly communicate complex analytical information to non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.**Interpersonal Skills:**+ Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding+ Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations+ Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensusAt Edward Jones, we value and respect our associates and their contributions, and we recognize individual efforts through a rewards program that promotes a long-term career, financial security and well-being. The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:Hiring Minimum: $96471Hiring Maximum: $164262**Skills/Requirements****What You'll Need:**+ 5-7 years' experience in relevant field+ At least 4 years of analytics experience**Education Required:**+ Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in business, economics, math, engineering, or analytics preferred (or relevant work experience)+ Advanced Degree or Certification preferred**Functional Knowledge:**+ Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a job discipline+ Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own job discipline and broadens capabilities+ Proficiency interacting with various database and file storage systems (Examples: Oracle, Hadoop, NoSQL). Understanding of join types.+ Intermediate experience with data manipulation languages, such as SQL, required+ Understanding of statistical concepts and analytic techniques, including descriptive statistics, forecasting, economic modeling, various regression techniques, machine learning, exploratory analysis, and variance analysis techniques.+ Ability to determine if particular analytic problem requires capabilities that don't reside in the division. Proficiency in applying descriptive statistics, univariate analysis, forecasting, economic modeling, and class variance analysis.+ Ability to use special statistical software for appropriate use cases+ Ability to perform univariate analytic analytical techniques**Leadership:**+ Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements; May coach, mentor or provide guidance within or across teams+ Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment, independently organize, plan & prioritize individual effort needed to ensure overall success of cross-functional projects. Occasionally lead cross-functional teams responsible for divisional objectives.**Problem Solving:**+ Takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information+ Ability to identify the question(s), what data is needed, analyze and interpret the results to recommend solutions to senior & executive division leaders for a broad spectrum of business improvement opportunities in a clear and concise manner+ Execute on projects of a moderate complexity which involve cross-functional teams, collaborate well with associates and leadership throughout the division (and potentially firm leadership and/or external vendors)**W** hat could set you apart:+ Proficiency with reporting using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, and Google Analytics+ Experience measuring and optimizing customer journeys, marketing programs & campaigns, marketing automation and personalization.+ Experience with a CRM system, especially Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is a big plus.+ Proficiency with data visualization tools such as: Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (PKA Datorama), Google Data Studio, Excel+ Experience with web analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize, Contentsquare.+ Understanding of data storage platforms such as Snowflake.**Awards & Accolades**At Edward Jones, we are building a place where everyone feels like they belong.
