Our automotive, battery and energy storage, and related transportation industry testing and certification expertise is recognized by leading manufacturers worldwide for evaluating how their products and services meet and exceed quality, safety, sustainability and performance standards.What are we looking for?This position is responsible for ensuring the quality of interim and final test reports, updating and maintaining quality reports and statistics, and assisting with maintaining documentation for quality systems. This will be done by following defined templates or existing procedures under close supervision to ensure information quality is maintained at a high level.Shift/Schedule: 8-5 Monday-FridaySalary & Benefits InformationIndividual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.In addition to competitive compensation packages, when working with Intertek you can expect benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with company match, generous vacation / sick time, tuition reimbursement and more.What you’ll do:+ Review test reports using a template to ensure data quality and evaluate test validity.+ Communicate data quality or test validity errors to appropriate departments and ensure timely follow up.+ Maintain and communicate existing test data and quality metrics and statistics.+ Perform interim test updates using existing templates.+ Assist with quality system maintenance.+ Performs other duties as required.This position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details. The position assumes that the incumbent has both the mental and physical requirements to carry out the above defined duties.Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:+ Requires High School Diploma or GED.+ Requires mathematical aptitude with an existing foundation in Algebra at a minimum.+ Requires excellent reading comprehension and the ability to follow written instructions.+ Requires the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts both verbally and in writing.+ Requires a detail orientated individual who can maintain focus on multiple projects with competing priorities.+ Requires an individual who can work across multiple departments in a positive manner.+ Requires a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word.Intertek: Total Quality.
