Marketing Specialist – Client: ConfidentialJob Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our clients team located in the Raleigh area!The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure consistent and effective communication across all brand touchpoints. This role involves planning and executing local marketing campaigns, adapting global strategies to meet local needs, and participating actively in our global marketing initiatives based in Europe. The Marketing Specialist will also conduct market research, manage social media platforms, coordinate with external agencies, and support sales teams with relevant marketing materials.Key Responsibilities:•Cross-Department CollaborationWork closely with different departments to ensure consistency in brand communication across all channels (CI/CD).Participate as a member of the global marketing team based in Europe.Provide monthly marketing updates to sales directors and management.Attend and contribute to Marketing Circle Meetings and monthly meetings with the global marketing team.Marketing Campaigns and Content CreationPlan and coordinate local marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, email marketing, and social media initiatives.Adapt global marketing campaigns to align with local market needs and the overall global marketing strategy.Create and manage engaging content, oversee photoshoots, and prepare materials for social media platforms.Identify and develop customer case studies relevant to the local market.Coordinate and manage the production of our client’s videos.Identify content opportunities for scientific papers.Market Research and AnalysisConduct thorough market research to understand consumer and marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Identify opportunities and threats within the market to inform strategic decision-making.Analyze and track the effectiveness of marketing literature, graphics, giveaways, and ensure they are up-to-date with current versions.External Agency CoordinationCollaborate and coordinate with external agencies for various marketing initiatives and ensure deliverables meet brand standards and objectives.Internal Communications and SupportUpdate and maintain the company’s social intranet with relevant local content.Create additional local sales materials for point-of-sale (POS) and events.Assist in the purchase and design of promotional apparel, merchandise, and holiday gifts.Coordinate customer and employee surveys to gather valuable feedback.Digital Marketing and Social Media ManagementManage and optimize social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.Utilize SEO and SEA strategies to improve digital presence and reach.Plan and execute media strategies for the USA market and identify new local touchpoints.Administrative and Support DutiesSupport the Marketing Manager during vacations and peak periods, assisting with sales and larger team events.Ensure proper stocking and maintenance of marketing materials and promotional items.Utilize SAP, C4C, Salesforce, and other contact management software for efficient workflow and data management.Qualifications:Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in managing social media, advertising, and graphic development tasks within a professional sales, marketing, or service organization.Experience in dealing directly with customers and managing client relationships.Technical SkillsProficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP applications; experience with C4C and/or Salesforce is highly desirable.Knowledge and experience in digital marketing, including SEO and SEA.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC) for content creation and design.Experience with contact management software such as Constant Contact or equivalent.Soft SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrated team spirit and professional attitude.Good understanding and awareness of pharmaceutical company business and cGMP manufacturing regulatory environments.Language SkillsProficiency in English is required.Working knowledge of spoken and written German is an advantage.Additional Information:Work Environment: This position can be based in the field or office, depending on business needs.Travel: The role requires approximately 20-25% annual travel for trade shows and international collaboration, with variability during peak seasons.**Pay Details:** $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per yearEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to decco.com/en-us/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records subject to federal contractor requirements and/or security clearance requirements.
