Find your place in technology on #TeamAmex.**Information Security Analyst – HSM Team Operations**This position will be part of the Payment Cryptographic Solutions (PCS) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operations, maintenance, and administration of our Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and monitoring systems. You will work closely with payment crypto architecture, key management, audit, compliance, developers, and application teams. Candidate should demonstrate leadership skills to be able to pick up existing documentation and work on new projects with limited supervision.**Key Responsibilities**+ HSM Management operations, configuration, and lifecycle management.+ Monitoring, troubleshooting and promptly address issues for HSM related infrastructure.+ Incident and change management support, including occasional after-hours support.+ Develop and maintain documentation such as operational procedures, reports, metrics, etc.+ Ensure all HSM operations comply with internal policies and regulations.+ Support for internal and external audits.+ Work with internal teams to improve operations and onboard new projects.+ Network and architecture design support for HSM infrastructure.+ Cryptographic Key Security Officer role for basic Key Management functions.**Minimum Qualifications:*** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.* 3 years of experience working with HSMs, Cryptographic Key Management, IT Security Operations, or similar field.* Understanding of cryptographic principles, algorithms and protocols.* Solid understanding of networking concepts and and architecture such as TCP/IP and firewall. Able to troubleshoot network related issues.* Demonstrated experience in at least one command line interface (Linux shell scripting, powershell, cmd, etc.)* Demonstrated experience operating or managing Linux servers.* Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word to develop professional technical documentation, SOPs, metrics, reports, etc.**Non-Technical Qualifications:*** Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent assignments with strong attention to details.* Strong analytical, communication, problem solving, and organization skills.* Strong interpersonal skills to work with varied constituencies* Able to travel nationally and internationally (around 5% of the time)**Desired Qualifications:**+ Experience operating and or managing HSM infrastructure.+ Experience configuring/managing PKI systems.+ Experience with OpenSSL, TLS/mTLS or any cryptographic solution.+ Experience with Incident and Change Management processes.+ Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNA, Network or HSM vendor specific certifications.+ Knowledge of security frameworks, standards, guidelines, and best practices (i.e. PCI, ISO, COBIT, FFIEC, SOX, FIPS)**Qualifications**Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
