P&G has positions available at various technical centers and plants (including Cincinnati) across the United States.The Brand Building Media Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for: executing specific processes within the Source-to-Pay Ecosystem, including external party creation, contracts, pricing verification, procurement and/or payments, analysis, and governance. The individual will be expected to learn our media policies, stewardship, compliance, controls, master data work processes, specific industries (Media: TV/OTT/DR), and technical systems. Typical work includes effectively engaging and managing internal stakeholders and supplier relationships; data extraction, reporting, analysis, execution of procurement, and payment tactics; utilizing technical solutions to transform work processes for improved effectiveness and efficiency; facilitating contract execution.Job Qualifications+ Required (skills/experience) needed in the role:+ Bachelor’s Degree+ Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods and/or other fast-moving, consumer facing spaces are preferred+ Strong math and analytical skills+ Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)+ Ability to learn server-based software and tools+ Trouble shooting skills and a passion for finding solutions+ Ability to Identify opportunities that can drive business and operational improvementsWhat we offer:Responsibilities as of Day 1 _ you will feel the ownership of your project from the beginning, and you will be given specific projects and responsibilities.Continuous mentorship - you will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager.
