Director, UX, Workspace Design System_

Minimum qualifications:+ Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.+ 15 years of experience in product design and related roles.+ 10 years of experience in a senior role creating strategy and designing products.+ 7 years of experience managing design teams.Preferred qualifications:+ Experience working collaboratively with senior designers, and executives in product management and engineering.+ Experience elevating product craft, including proficiency in Figma.+ Experience with artificial intelligence and large language models.+ Proficiency in using and contributing to a design system and UI style guide.+ Ability to create a culture that nurtures talented UX team members, solves complex design problems, and delivers simple product solutions.+ Strong communication skills with the ability to understand, articulate positions, and advocate designs.In this role, you'll bring new experiences to life with modern design tools. You will work alongside, influence, and inspire an exceptional team of designers, researchers, engineers, motion designers, and thinkers.
