When you step into a career with AT&T, you won’t just imagine the future-you’ll create it.**About the Team:**The Digital Customer Growth organization is a high-performing organization responsible for delivering customer growth for AT&T through acquisition and retention - fueling overall revenue.About the JobThe Associate Director, Digital Growth Strategy will be responsible for owning the overall strategy for the ecommerce funnel and will oversee key initiatives across the team and broader org in order to deliver the financial plans and drive customer growth across digital platforms.**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**+ Strategy Development and Management: Lead the creation and management of the company’s e-Commerce marketing key strategic proposals and initiatives.+ Strategy Collaboration: Partner with various business units to devise and implement online business strategies aimed at driving demand that results in conversion through the funnel.+ Alignment with Business Strategy: Ensure that the marketing strategies are in sync with the overall business objectives.+ Team Coordination: Work closely with design and content teams to ensure the website meets marketing goals.+ Analytics and Adjustments: Analyze site access patterns and suggest necessary modifications to strategies and plans.+ Trend Awareness: Stay informed about current and emerging trends in e-Commerce to keep the company’s strategies up to date.+ Talent Management: Participate in decision-making processes related to hiring, promoting, and discharging employees.+ Leadership Support: Support Vice President in day-to-day by creating visually appealing PowerPoint decks and written communications, while organizing engaging events such as town halls and speaker presentations, to drive team engagement and operational excellence through thought leadership and fresh ideas; collaborate with VPs direct reports to deliver concise weekly executive updates, direct traffic and prioritize requests, foster a culture of trust and mentorship, manage HR tasks, engage with Finance for cross-team initiatives, assist in hiring, proactively identify and address potential issues, and lead special projects to advance the team.**Desired Qualifications** :**Education** : Preferred bachelors degree and or 6 years or more experience in field.**Experience** : Typically 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in field and or certification may be required. Minimum 10 years in digital marketing or ecommerce space.**Supervisory** : Yes.Our **Associate Directors-Digital Growth Strategy managers** earn between $143,800 & $215,800 of TSR.
