OverviewWe are looking for a publisher-side campaign manager to join our PC Media Network advertising team and help us optimize the revenue from our ad inventory. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring campaigns across various channels and platforms, as well as interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities+ Advertiser Management: Work with the business development team to identify and prioritize potential advertisers, understand their goals and use cases, and manage the campaign creatives and copy.+ Inventory Management: Allocate and manage the ad inventory across different channels, govern sensitive inventory policies, and plan the regional rollout of campaigns.+ Experimentation: Design and run experiments to test different campaign parameters, such as target audience segments, frequency, channels, etc., and measure their impact on revenue and user experience.+ Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, using attribution models and other methods, and identify the drivers of positive and negative outcomes.+ Reporting: Prepare and present reports on campaign performance to internal stakeholders and external partners, highlighting the key insights and recommendations.Qualifications+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.+ At least 3 years of experience in publisher-side advertising, with a proven track record of optimizing revenue from ad inventory.+ Strong knowledge of online advertising platforms, channels, formats, and metrics.+ Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.+ Detail-oriented, creative, and analytical, with a passion for experimentation and innovation.The base pay range for this role is $102,500.00 to $157,850.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
