We offer the Following:+ Premium Compensation+ Great Benefits Package+ Fun, Family-Like Team, and Atmosphere!+ Professional Growth & Stability+ Innovative Training ProgramsBenefits:+ 401(k)+ Dental insurance+ Health insurance+ Paid time off+ Vision insuranceThis is an external marketing position where the ideal candidate will assistance our facility health and administrative teams in developing and strengthening relationships with new & existing referral sources who refer residents to our facilities.VERY COMPETITIVE PAY!Duties and Responsibilities:+ Create and implement marketing plans to achieve maximum occupancy goals.+ Meet with prospective residents and families and conduct tours as needed.+ Maintain an accurate referral source contact list and follow up with all leads and referral sources in a timely manner.+ Actively develop and cultivate relationships with referral sources.+ Work closely with the Administrator to ensure that the facility and all resident rooms, grounds and common areas are marketable.+ Represent the facility through community involvement and networking, as appropriate.+ Assist with planning and implementation of facility events.+ Research and maintain up to date information on local competition and new services to enhance the community.+ Manage and monitor a marketing sales budget.+ May perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications :+ Minimum of 2 years Marketing Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Healthcare Related Field, required+ Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Communications Skills, required+ Computer Proficient with Microsoft Office+ Position requires driving responsibilities-candidate must possess a reliable vehicle+ Must be able to work a flexible schedule as community events may occur during the evening or weekend hoursJob Type: Full-timeExperience:+ Nursing Home Marketer: 2 years (Required)Education:+ Associate (Preferred)Location:+ Delhi, NY (Required)ACKNOWLEDGEMENTPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
