As the Director of Marketing Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving essential communication initiatives that align with Final Control's overarching business objectives. This leadership position demands a forward-thinking, innovative professional capable of driving brand awareness, fostering a customer-centric approach, and leading a diverse team MarCom experts. Your ability to combine data-driven insights with creative strategies will be crucial in maintaining our position as a market leader and enhancing the customer experience.**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**+ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies that enhance brand awareness.+ Introduce innovative tactics, standard methodologies, and metrics for Marcom across Final Control, while mentoring a team of Business Unit and Industry marketing communications professionals.+ Identify, evaluate, and recommend industry marketing opportunities in alignment with product management objectives.+ Champion customer-centric messaging, solution differentiators, and consistency in branding across various channels, while guiding the Manila Creative Services Team.+ Create and Drive digital marketing strategies, focusing on continuous improvement in SEO, analytics, and online campaigns.+ Lead Public Relations efforts, acting as the gatekeeper for Final Control press releases and collaborating with key media outlets.+ Collaborate with Final Control teams globally to drive market leadership, enhance customer experience, and foster brand loyalty.+ Oversee cross-Final Control marketing communication resources, leading and influencing team members across various geographies.**Who You Are:**You keep a strong bottom-line orientation. You set objectives to align with the broader business goals.**For This Role, You Will Need:**+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field+ Significant experience in a marketing communications role+ 5+ years in a leadership role+ Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart** :+ 10+ years in a marketing communications role+ Understanding of Digital and Traditional media+ Experience in industrial applications.**Our Offer To You:****Flexible Work Schedule – Remote Work Option**This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week.
