And that breadth and connection to the Amazon family of brands, along with the support of a passionate and diverse global team, makes Prime Video a company where creators and makers of all kinds can build their future.Amazon Prime Video Global Operations is looking for a Static Localization Producer to help build out a centralized static localization program and manage localized static production delivery requests. They will partner closely with the team that creates the original source static digital artwork and all printed materials, including OOH for our Prime Video Original Series and Movies in order to facilitate production of the localized versions of these materials for our global stakeholders and customers. They will be integral in building our process and supporting infrastructure for the new centralized static localization program. The ideal candidate strives to balance creative quality and operational efficiency, has experience with localization, and is well-versed in managing work through internal teams or external vendors, and has developed strong vendor management practices.A day in the life- Liaise closely with internal campaign management and print/artwork leads to understand when assets will be available for localization- Generate localized static asset order requests based on campaign needs and track orders from kickoff to delivery with approved 3P static vendors- Lead vendor onboarding calls- Draft briefing documentation and templates- Verify all localized static orders meet delivery requirements (e.g. filenames, sizes, spec)- Provide subject matter expertise regarding localization parameters that will impact artwork- Ensure timely delivery for all files required on a campaign- Work closely with internal security and asset management teams to understand and ensure proper handling of all of our assets- Field inquiries from static vendor regarding localization scope- Submit billing requests for all work managing and ensure POs are issued and closed out in a timely manner- Document process requirements to track end-to-end static localization process- Participate in internal tooling testing and rollouts- Mentor and train localization static support staffBasic Qualifications- 3+ years of creative services experience- 3+ years of entertainment, brand or production entity experience- Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company- Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service or studio- Experience working with stakeholders- 3+ years relevant print-related experience producing and managing asset creation for print, digital and social campaigns- 3+ years of relevant localization specific project management experience- Experience with utilizing project management software (specifically SmartSheet) to manage multiple projects Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Preferred Qualifications- Experience working on or with large-scale, global creative campaigns- Experience with asset management, design workflows, or partnering with creative teamsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
