Summary Natick's Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Division is a comprehensive network of quality support and leisure services that enhances the lives of Soldiers, Civilians, Families, military retirees, and other eligible participants. Responsibilities Develops and executes publicity for all serviced activities. Provides marketing advice to activity managers regarding those products, services and events that would meet the needs, wants and desires of the targeted population. Identifies pricing schedules of on-post and off-post products, services and events. Analyzes pricing schedules and calculates price variance data. Develops surveys that provide statistical information necessary for developing demographic and consumer preference profiles. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Qualified candidates will possess the following: one (1) year of work experience performing duties such as: developing and executing publicity for events and/or activities; developing surveys that provide statistical information necessary for developing demographic and consumer preference profiles; analyzing pricing schedules and calculating price variance data; directing subordinate staff in assisting managers to market and promote their services. Pay-Band (NF) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Night differential and Sunday Premium Pay have NOT been authorized by the Garrison Commander and will not be paid. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will NOT be paid. Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will NOT be paid. Payband employees in pay levels NF-3 and above are entitled to receive nonforeign area allowances and differentials in the same amounts and under the same eligibility criteria prescribed for APF employees in the same locality.
