OVERVIEWThe Digital Graphic Designer is an integral member of a growing and evolving Marketing and Creative team focused on delivering engaging physical and digital experiences for our guests that align to our brand and core values.

Design work will primarily be focused on digital channels such as web, email, social media, display advertising, etc., and provide support for print when needed.

A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING . . .

Reports to the Sr. Marketing Director and collaborates closely with the Creative Director

Conceptualizes, designs, and develops assets and experiences for Town & Country Markets’ digital marketing channels including website, email, social media, and display advertising utilizing digital best practices

Partners closely with the Digital Marketing team to define vision, strategy, requirements, and needs for digital experiences across our digital channels

Manages and looks for opportunities to improve our digital asset library and digital asset management processes

Prototypes new digital experiences and partners closely with Marketing and IT for internal review, testing, and delivery for build

Utilizes brand storytelling to deliver digital concepts, assets, and experiences that align with the Town & Country Markets voice, style, and tone

Innovates and tests new and creative ways to connect with our guests digitally that align with and utilize our brand guidelines

Translates our marketing strategy into experiences across our digital channels and works closely with internal and external teams on delivery, development, and maintenance of our digital channels

Provides support and backup for print designer when needed

Stays current with industry trends, standards and best practices

Stays current with all training including online training and professional development opportunities

Ensures the dissemination of and adherence to all company and department policies

Supports and follows sustainability programs

Supports and follows all safety and security policies

Provides and demonstrates attitude of service to staff and guests

Operates within the Company’s Core Values, Brand, and Business Principles

THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF . . .

3-5 years of proven digital graphic design experience

Fluent in Adobe Suite of tools (including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat) as well as Figma

Knowledge of mobile optimized and responsive design with a focus on accessibility and usability

Must be self-directed and able to take direction

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Ability to work onsite at the graphics shop at least three days per week

Online portfolio representing current relevant work

Strong understanding of design fundamentals and principles

Ability to juggle priorities and manage multiple ongoing projects

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Proven ability to deliver quality and volume in a deadline-driven environment

Ability to communicate proactively, effectively, and respectfully

Proven ability in building and maintaining relationships and trust with peers, stakeholders, and others both internally and externally

Experience in the food or retail industry and passion for food preferable

Commitment to personal and professional development

Requires occasional travel to market locations throughout Snohomish, King, and Kitsap counties

Possesses full body mobility (bending, stooping, twisting and reaching) and excellent manual dexterity

Flexibility to work extra hours as needed

Exemplifies health department standards

Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

Entry Level Compensation

USD $30.00/Hr.Maximum Compensation

USD $37.00/Hr.
