ProspectBlue is partnered with a content creator and influencer client looking for a Content Marketing Associate to join its growing team in Los Angeles, CA.You will be a key member of the Marketing team within a high-growth organization. You will be reporting to and working closely with the VP of Marketing and Sales and will be responsible for overseeing the company's blogs, case studies, downloadable educational material, press releases, and social media channels.Given how quickly the firm is growing, you will have the opportunity to grow with the firm and have significant opportunities to take on more responsibilities. Training to help you learn the necessary skills to perform the job and grow your career will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage the content calendar for the firm's blogs, case studies, downloadable educational material, press releases, and social media channelsWrite, edit, and publish high-quality content that aligns with the company brand voice and marketing goalsConduct research to stay informed about industry trends, content creation best practices, and audience preferencesMonitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing regular reports and insightsManage social media channels, including posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring conversationsQualifications:2 or 4 year degree, in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field1-4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related roleExtremely strong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsOut-of-the-box thinking and creative problem solvingProficient in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Hubspot, Later, etc.) and social media platformsBasic understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniquesExperience with content performance analysis and reporting tools
