About the Role

You'll shape our marketing strategy and execute impactful programs for solutions within our Analytics, Life Sciences, and Engineering product portfolios. Working with the Customer Engagement Senior Marketing team lead and the Audience marketing team, you'll ensure campaign and program alignment with each product's yearly objectives and initiatives. Your role involves maintaining regular communication with regional teams to support their efforts in leveraging campaigns within their regions.

Responsibilities

Leading the Customer Engagement marketing programs for our SciVal, Reaxys, and Engineering products, in support of our marketing objectives.Identifying and testing new approaches to drive innovation in our marketing efforts across paid, earned, and owned channels.Developing programs to support customer retention. Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and implementing campaigns to drive lead generation throughout the post-sales customer journey.Demonstrating creativity and critical thinking in managing large projects, showcasing the ability to break down complex tasks into manageable components.Looking for opportunities to align goals and working in partnership with Customer Success and Regional Marketing.Leveraging customer stories, thought leadership content, and interactive community groups to create a robust engagement ecosystemImplementing automation strategies to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences to increase NPS.Requirements

Have proven marketing experience in an agency or in-house, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey.Have skills in project and stakeholder management to deliver impactful results in a matrixed organization.Be adept at analyzing data to make evidence-based decisions, ensuring continuous improvement in marketing activities and outcomes.Have excellent relationship-building skills with verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities, fostering effective collaboration.Have practical experience in digital program development, community building, or a customer-facing role in sales, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.Have a passion for adopting a customer-centric viewpoint to enrich the value proposition of our product offerings.Have a passion for adopting a customer-centric viewpoint to enrich the value proposition of our product offerings.Work in a way that works for you
