Role Description:

We're excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Marketing Manager to join the Bucked Up team, focusing on our Energy Drinks line. In this role, you'll work closely under the guidance of our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), playing a key part in shaping the marketing direction for our energy drinks. Your main task will be to collaborate in creating and implementing the overall marketing strategy, supporting the team to drive success and achieve our goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborative Strategy Development: Under the CMO's direction, help develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for our energy drinks that aligns with Bucked Up's overall business goals and brand objectives. Engage in market research to spot trends and gain customer insights that can enhance our marketing efforts.

Campaign Management: Prepare and manage the execution of marketing campaigns for the energy drink category. Ensure these campaigns effectively communicate our brand and product benefits, working in tandem with creative teams to produce engaging content and visuals.

Product Positioning and Branding: In collaboration with the product development team and under the CMO's guidance, understand the nuances of our energy drinks. Help refine product positioning strategies to make our offerings stand out in the marketplace.

Team Support and Development: Provide support and direction to your team, aiming to foster an environment of collaboration and innovation. Focus on team members' growth and development, aligning their goals and activities with the broader objectives set by the CMO.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, including product development, to ensure a unified approach to marketing. Incorporate diverse perspectives into marketing strategies and campaigns.

Performance and Budget Oversight: Assist in setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing initiatives and monitor these closely. Analyze campaign performance and market trends, making recommendations based on data. Help manage the budget for the energy drinks category, focusing on maximizing ROI and efficient resource allocation.

Experience/QualificationsExperience and Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; and/or proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the consumer goods or health and wellness industry with in-depth knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership personality and skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for creating effective marketing materials and collaborating with team members.Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, metrics, and market trends is important for making informed marketing decisions and optimizing campaigns.Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate ideas clearly.Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.Marketing Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) softwares, and other relevant marketing technologies.Problem Solving: The ability to identify challenges and develop creative solutions while being adaptable to changes and new trends.
