Marketing Specialist
position requires Bachelor's degree and preferably 2 years of experience in consumer products/client marketing campaigns and knowledge of how to optimize paid search campaigns and analyze data to improve marketing initiatives. The key e-commerce paid search and retail media platforms clients for this role Amazon, Instacart, Target and Walmart. Schedule: (hybrid) -Mon, Tues and Thurs onsite. Weds and Fri can be remote. The office location is Mason, Ohio and there is free parking available. This is a 4-5 month contract position paying $24.95 per hour plus benefits. 40 hours/week.A Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services. They conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and identify target audiences to create compelling marketing content. Marketing Specialists utilize various channels such as social media, email, and digital advertising to reach and engage potential customers. They measure campaign effectiveness, analyze data, and make data-driven improvements to optimize marketing initiatives.Job Duties:Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.Create and manage marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy.Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions.Analyze marketing data, such as website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates, to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.s.Must Have Qualifications:
