We are currently seeking an experienced Search Engine Optimization Specialist (SEO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving our clients' online visibility and driving organic traffic to their websites.Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and phrases.Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase website rankings on major search engines.Optimize website content and HTML tags for improved search ranking and user experience.Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and user engagement metrics.Perform competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.Collaborate with content writers and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.Identify and resolve on-page and off-page technical SEO issues to improve website performance.Create and manage SEO campaigns, including link building and content promotion.Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance and progress to clients and internal teams.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.Proficient in SEO tools and software, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.Strong analytical skills to assess website performance and identify improvement opportunities.Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Results-driven mindset and a passion for continuous learning in the field of SEO.BenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffWork From HomePerformance Bonus
