In this role, you will define new initiatives with partners and global stakeholders to develop campaign strategy across the customer journey. You will work closely with cross- category partners as well as other internal business stakeholders to drive go-to-market plan for newJob Description:Develop detailed global promotional campaigns, project plans, including campaign goals and messaging. Identify marketing distribution channels, campaign schedule and KPIs .Oversee concept and creative development of campaign materials to create compellingand effective marketing contentPartner with local teams to create strong process and mechanisms to scale globalpromotionsMaintain Music's brand and voice, while highlighting the unique value propositionof each partner participating in the campaignForecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internalstakeholdersDrive offer, creative and messaging tests, document results and share best practices toimplement globally.Basic qualifications:

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs fromconcept to completion4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvementsExperience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze dataExperience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements4+ years of digital marketing experience with consumer facing brands, includingintegrated campaign management, customer acquisition, content marketing, marketingcommunications, product marketing and/or channel marketing.2+ years of partner marketing and/or business development experience.Global experience driving marketing programs across multiple markets.BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.Preferred qualifications

4+ years of experience with subscription-based consumer products.Mobile experience for consumer technology product or service.Experience with consumer products, media and/or e-commerce.Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.Natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best resultspossible.Excellent project management skills, managing internal and external stakeholders, andmultiple campaigns at once.MBA/advanced degree preferred
