The

Digital Marketing Manager

will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns, crafting compelling copy, overseeing social media presence, designing eye-catching graphics and maintaining a website.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

Develop, execute and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROICreate engaging and persuasive copy for various digital platforms, including ads, social media posts, email campaigns and website contentManage and grow our social media presence across all relevant platformsDevelop and execute social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goalsEngage with online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely mannerDesign visual content for social media, email marketing, website and other digital platformsEnsure all graphics align with our client's brand identity and marketing objectivesMaintain and update the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date and optimized for search engines (SEO)Collaborate with the IT and design teams to enhance website functionality and user experienceTrack, analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaignsUse data insights to refine and improve marketing strategiesWork closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistencyCoordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media, social media and content creationProficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media management toolsExperience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detailFamiliarity with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) and basic HTML/CSS knowledgeExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
