Summary of the Position:

The Studio Ambassador will report to the Studio General Manager and will be based at 11 West 42nd St in Midtown Manhattan.

As a Studio Ambassador, you'll help to build an engaged and connected community. Your focus on hospitality and ability to create personal connections with members will be paramount in helping each member feel like they're a part of the Studio family. In addition to creating a strong community, you'll also be focused on operational excellence and creating workspaces that look and feel amazing. You'll be the first point of contact for members and will drive member happiness by assisting with all aspects of the Studio business including operations, events, hospitality, marketing, sales, and much more.

Your key responsibilities:

OperationsManage day-to-day community operations to exceed member expectations and uphold quality and standards of our Studio spaceConduct member feedback analyses to address opportunity areas and create action plansDevelop and maintain relationships with third-party partners (building, facilities, F&B, etc.) to ensure efficient and effective operations and oversee completion of workordersManage pantry and supply inventory and ordering, and oversee mail and package processOn-board and welcome new members warmly by managing their move-in process. Send off former members professionally while managing the move-out proceduresReview and submit accounts payable invoices in our internal systems, and identify trends and ways to reduce costs while still maintaining our high standardsEnsure education and enforcement of the Studio's policies and procedures for all membersHospitality

Be the first point-of-contact and concierge by working at the front desk, supporting members and guests with questions, and providing a welcoming experience for allProvide proactive, warm service that goes above and beyond to keep members happyPlan and execute engaging themed events (i.e. social, wellness, educational) to help members interact with Studio, connect the community, and foster professional developmentPromote events with creation of events calendar, management of weekly newsletter, partnership with marketing to post events on social media, and moreBuild relationships with local businesses and community organizations to curate programmingDevelop innovative ways to surprise and delight members to create a unique experienceInteract with members daily to help develop relationships, foster community connections, and obtain feedback on product quality, event requests, service levels and overall satisfactionAddress member feedback promptly, and loop in the General Manager when neededSales

Manage leads and tour pipeline in our Customer Relationship Management platformExcite prospects by conducting stellar tours and telling the Studio by Tishman Speyer storyCreate and implement outreach, lead generation, and sales conversion strategies with local and corporate team to help maintain occupancy goalsAssist with updating the leasing and marketing platforms to attract new membersHelp develop marketing ideas to reach new audiences and drive tours into the spaceAbout you:

Qualifications:

College graduate with four-year degree2+ years of experience in hospitality, sales, or operationsExperience in customer serviceFinancial literacy, project management and business operations experience a plusDue to the nature of the role this position requires onsite presenceCritical Competencies for Success

The base compensation range for this role is $50,000 to $57,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees.

This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyer's New York team, as we've considered factors specific to this geography.
