Join our CeFi product design squads at OKX as a Senior Product Designer and become a pivotal force in defining the crypto experience landscape. This role offers you a unique opportunity to craft intuitive, trustworthy, and aesthetically appealing user experiences that set the standard in the rapidly evolving crypto industry. Your work will not only shape customer-facing designs that meet the needs of a global audience but also drive business-facing design practices that underpin strategic decisions and product development. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders, you will lead the charge in transforming ideas into design-driven solutions that resonate with users globally.
What You'll Be Doing
Synthesize needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables, ensuring design is front-of-mind throughout the product development processWork through design problems from beginning to end: translating qualitative or quantitative insights into ideas that form disruptive new products and features, then designing the workflows and detailed interactions to realize themSupport the product development process with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative researchPartner with cross-functional peers within Product and Engineering in Asia and internationally to define initiatives and create thoughtful solutions-representing design and being the voice for the user throughout the product lifecycleCollaborate closely with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the overall design vision of your area of ownershipConsistently elevate the quality of the design by soliciting feedback from peers and stakeholders through formal Design Reviews, presentations and by facilitating design thinking workshopsWhat We Look For In You
Strong communication skills in English and MandarinSolid experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related fields.Strong communication skills with a proven ability to articulate ideas and advocate for design decisions.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writers, and Researchers.A deep understanding of design-critical thinking and user-centered design methodologies, ensuring products offer intuitive and trustworthy experiences.Results-oriented and adaptable to change.A thorough understanding of experimentation and research techniques, capable of validating designs independently.Nice to have
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experienceExperience designing for Fintech, Investment platforms, or Crypto productsExperience working with global teams across offices and timezonesA desire to mentor cross-functional peers and evangelize for great designPerks & Benefits

OKX Statement:
The salary range for this position is
$160,000
to
$238,000 . The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
