Cottingham and Butler's Health and Wellness division is growing, and we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team!

Our Health and Wellness division partners with organizations to improve the health of their employees. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative services across various print, digital, and online channels. In addition, providing guidance around brand and creative marketing. You will work with a talented and innovative marketing team that is passionate about helping you develop your skills and build an exciting career.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing creative development and executing web, digital, print and other visual communicationsDeveloping, managing and promoting brand style guides to ensure a uniform look and message in all communicationsMaintaining alignment with creative team and internal partners regarding user needs, business requirements, market landscape, company strategy and current/future-state of print and digital capabilities and systems.Support sales and lead generation processes (social media efforts, digital marketing, speaking opportunities, seminars, trade shows, direct mail, email campaigns, Google advertising, marketing collateral)Skills Required:

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Working knowledge in videography and photography a plus.Ability to translate business information into compelling visuals (e.g. charts, graphs, informational graphics, and presentations).
