Your Impact:

Hearst's Performance Marketing team works strategically to launch, optimize, and analyze Search & Social campaigns for our digital brands. As a part of this team, the Senior Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing media buying across Google Ads and other platforms, fostering team development, and supporting revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator and leader, highly organized, possess a passion for analytics, and be extremely detail oriented.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:Launch, execute, and optimize Paid Search campaigns for key high-revenue accounts, managing them to hit brand, format, and seasonal-specific ROAS goals.Monitor reporting at the campaign and team level; help build and refine dashboards that track KPIs over time.Manage direct reports and be responsible for overseeing their work, developing their skills, conducting performance reviews, and fostering their careers.Lead onboarding and training for new hires across the team and help maintain documentation and resources for the group.Be a resource for the broader Performance Marketing team when they need assistance with their campaign management responsibilities.Lead weekly status meetings to discuss strategy and revenue progress with the broader leadership team.Help identify and troubleshoot technical issues involving buying, yield, and site behavior as it relates to our campaigns.Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to improve team tools and automation.Research new opportunities; lead testing, proof-of-concept stages, productization, and roll-out to team.Qualifications

Who You Are:

Have a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of paid advertising experienceBackground in Paid Search, with in-depth knowledge of Google Ads formats, settings, and best practicesExtremely proficient in Excel and/or Google SheetsComfortable working with BI tools and large data sets, and skilled at organizing and interpreting dataAdept at digging into details to identify, troubleshoot, and solve problemsCapable of working cross-functionally to coordinate goals across groupsEnjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environmentPossess strong written and verbal communication skillsHave an understanding of the digital commerce ecosystemExperience in people management is a plus

This role requires the position to be located in New York, NY with an in-office presence of 3 days a week.

The base salary for this role is between $85,000 to $102,000 annually. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
