Overview

QCSS Health is seeking a Marketing Manager to design, develop, execute, and report on all brand, company promotion, thought leadership, and lead generation activity. We are looking for a marketing leader excited by the opportunity to build a marketing approach and team for an early-stage, fast growing organization. QCSS Health offers an exciting opportunity to support health care insurers and providers in improving health care outcomes for vulnerable populations. Our solutions positively impact over a quarter million health plan members.

ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Brand Development:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive revenue growth by improving brand visibility, market positioning, and customer acquisitionProduct Positioning + Messaging:

Collaborate with all go-to-market (GTM) teams to define and articulate a clear and compelling value proposition based on competition, and demonstrate solutions for customer pain points+ needsPipeline Generation:

Implement and execute lead generation efforts to drive new customer acquisition by executing and measuring top of funnel inbound activity (e.g., marketing qualified leads (MQL) & sales qualified leads (SQL)) to accelerate revenue growthCampaign Management:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (email, digital, social, direct mail, etc.), with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM)Event Management:

Plan and coordinate with business development on participation in and execution of industry events, conferences, trade shows, and webinars.Content Strategy:

Develop content marketing strategies and oversee the creation of content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, etc.) and collateral (presentations, brochures, datasheets, etc.).Digital Marketing:

Manage digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, and social media. Also includes overseeing website design, content, and messaging.Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.Reporting + Analytics:

Capture and analyze marketing data in CRM to drive actionable marketing insights around marketing activity and external trends.Customer Insights:

Work across functions to gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.Leadership & Team Development:

Lead and mentor a team of contractor and/or full-time and contract marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative team environmentCross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with leadership and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall company objectivesQualifications And Experience

7+ years of marketing experience with a focus on an Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy in a high-growth environment. Previous agency experience a plus3+ years working for a healthcare software business or similar industry experience3+ years managing external contractors and/or agencies in executing marketing initiativesProficiency with HubSpot's Marketing and Content Hubs (All Levels)Strong storyteller with excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that cater towards different personas within a health planDetail-oriented, self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and take on new responsibilitiesLocation/Travel

Position is available remotelyQCSS is headquartered in Cambridge, MATravel may be required to organize, execute, and attend in-person marketing events and periodic in-person company meetingsHiring Process

The initial screen will be a 30-minute callThe first interview will be a 60-minute video callThe final interview will include presentation of an exercise and be a 90-minute video callThe final step of the process will be a reference check
