Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Marketing Communications Specialist for a contract position in Arden Hill, MN. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary:
Define and execute communication initiatives that are aligned with overall company goals and objectives.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Define and execute communication initiatives that take into consideration both the goals of an individual initiative as well as divisional/corporate objectives.Ensure consistency in *** branding guidelines.Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external; serving as a liaison between key stakeholders and *** programs.Communicate proactively with management and all stakeholders.Identify, partner with, and manage appropriate resources (i.e., vendor relationships, other internal departments, etc.) to ensure that communication initiatives meet objectives.Define, track, and maintain budgets while ensuring cost-saving measures; understand implications on general business management.Evaluate program impact and reassess objectives and outcomes for continuous improvement.Keep abreast of industry standards and trends as related to responsibilities.Create a professional development plan with the partnership of a direct supervisor.In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
4-5 years' experience with a BA degree, is required.
