Job Summary

The Ad Operations Manager is responsible for the execution of paid media advertising campaigns across site direct and programmatic media channels. This person will co-manage day-to-day ad operations across the team and takes a critically central role in the daily execution of client accounts.

ResponsibilitiesManage ongoing and day-to-day Google Campaign Manager 360 ad trafficking, quality assurance, ad server set up, and campaign launches across multiple accounts.Serve as supervisory and second-tier source for quality assurance processes and escalated trafficking issues.Contribute to workflow and training documentation outlining Ad Operations best practices.Conducts ongoing reviews of ad server, tag managers, and other ad tech platforms to ensure they are performing optimally.Support the implementation of performance tracking requests made by internal digital channel departments.Communicate daily with internal departments and external partners to ensure accurate campaign set up and execution.Participate in team meetings and brainstorms.Stay abreast of new ad tech and industry news and advancements that affect ad operations and the platforms used.Qualifications

4+ years of experience in agency-side digital ad operations. Working across multiple clients is a PLUS!Advanced command and skill in Google Campaign Manager 360 ad trafficking workflow, including impeccable QA skills.Strong understanding of site direct and programmatic media, including related nuances in ad trafficking processes and advanced knowledge of digital media asset specification requirements (VAST, HTML5, rich media, etc).Functional capability in Google Tag Manager and general tag management processes.High degree of organization and exceptional attention to detail, with must-have ability to multitask and display efficient time management in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.Excels in working independently while understanding how their work is integral to the success of the team.Enthusiastic curiosity in all things ad tech including ad servers, ad verification and DSP/SSP platforms.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.Proficiency in JavaScript/JSON is highly desirable.Experience in Prisma/MediaOcean or other media management platforms a plus.Uphold our agency values: Humanity.
