Adobe’s Digital Experience (DX) Marketing Organization is undergoing a robust transformation to support a growing cloud business and substantial opportunity in the market. DX Marketing owns all messaging and positioning of Adobe’s Experience Cloud Platform and suite of applications across key channels and domains – the website, paid digital media, email, events, webinars, etc – including general industry education, prospective customers in pipeline, existing customers, and partners. Marketing plays a vital function to generate demand and support progression of customer journeys, in partnership with Sales, Product, and Product Marketing. You will join a team that is laser passionate about improving and increasing Marketing’s overall impact.In this role, you will drive initiatives and key C-level artifacts that contribute to the overall goals of the organization and clearly articulate its impact. You will be a highly organized, inquisitive self-starter while navigating sophisticated business topics. You will facilitate, communicate, and ultimately build alignment for key initiatives and artifacts in a business transformation environment.What You'll Do

Help build and/or iterate on a framework to measuring marketing’s impact on the business.Develop C-level artifacts on a quarterly basis to strategically communicate progress, impact, and business issues with the CMO, President, CFO, CEO, etc.Analyze data related to marketing performance collected from functional teams to facilitate decision-making and/or business insights with the leadership team.Develop critical metrics to measure Marketing's efficiency and impact (e.g., pre-pipeline engagement, pipeline creation & progression, bookings, renewals, etc.)Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies aligned to our business transformation goals and desired outcomes.Optimally and proactively collaborate across business areas and levels – Sales Ops, Finance, HR, etc – to bring a total business mentality into all we do.Drive and support critical initiatives including multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, engagement scoring, AI, etc.Develop frameworks to measure economic levers of marketing transformation and investment to calculate impact or overall value.What You Need To Succeed

8+ years experience showing consistent growth and work in senior positionsStrategic problem solver with the ability to bring data and analytics into assessing business problems holistically; able to be a “thought partner” to senior executives across our Go-to-Market organizations.Ability to structure how we evaluate and discuss business problems and arrive at insights; capacity to define, measure, and track implementation plans.Ability to communicate strategically and succinctly both verbally and in written form at various levels and functional areas.Excellent document writing – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.Ability to synthesize large amounts of data/inputs into what matters most and in a way that is clearly understood. Ability to create basic visuals that “tell the story” and bring together quantitative and qualitative insights.Strong business sense (marketing, sales, finance, etc.) and a dedication to understanding the business and customer experience.Deep knowledge of the technology industry including business-to-business (B2B) models.Marketing work experience in a leading technology company, digital agency, marketing department, or strategy consulting organization preferred.MBA in related area preferred.
