As a part of Walmart Connect, you’ll build industry-defining ad platforms that enable suppliers and sellers to connect meaningfully with shoppers, through high performing advertising that leverages Walmart’s massive omni-channel data.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to work on projects that span our growing suite of advertising products. You will be responsible for our own individual launches and leading a team of PMMs.

As a PMM, you are responsible for go-to-market strategies for individual products with a key focus on driving adoption. You will focus on product GTM strategies and tactics including positioning, use cases, sales enablement, and more that are focused on product adoption and revenue growth.

As the lead of a team, you will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, managing, and developing a team of high performing PMMs to grow a portfolio of advertising products and solutions by transforming our capabilities into key product value and benefits for our strategic advertisers and agencies.

Experience in the advertising tech industry is crucial, with broad knowledge of search, display, social and measurement a plus.

The ideal candidate for this role is a strong writer and communicator with a track record of working with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, training, operations).

You’ll make an impact by:

Coaching the team and implementing product GTM strategies focusing on the customer

Owning and delivering go-to-market strategy that drives product adoption and revenue growth

Partnering with product management to align with our customer needs and challenges to transform into product features and benefits and launched effectively with our sales teams

Collaborating with cross functional teams to analyze data and find insights to guide strategic decisions

Developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates our product suite

Rolling out beta programs, identifying target clients, running programs, and documenting success metrics and customer reference.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product marketing and 5+ years of experience in the Online Advertising Industry.

2+ years in team management or leadership role

A solid understanding of advertising technologies

Proven ability to form relationships and lead cross functional teams

Embrace working in a fast paced continually evolving environment

Exceptional communication skills in both writing and presentation

Analytical and data-driven

Structured and a strategic thinker

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
