The Director of Sales and Marketing creates business development plans and engages in business development activities and events for assigned communities.Establishes and maintains effective relationships with referral agencies.Schedules networking meetings and events at all communities on a regular basis to meet or exceed established goals.Generates new referrals that convert to move-ins.Keeps the Executive Director and Regional Sales and Regional Operations Partners updated on all sales activities.Accountable for business results through strategic planning, teamwork, and collaboration of functional operations.Ensures brand integrity in all aspects of marketing.Attends and participates in all meetings and training as directed by Company policy to develop relevant Sales & Marketing knowledge and skills as directed by the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing.Provides services and interactions throughout the Community which delight residents, prospects, and the greater community with inspired experiences which result in referrals and high occupancy.Ensures understanding of and compliance with all regulations regarding residents' rights.Maintains confidentiality of all pertinent resident, associate, Community, and Company information deemed as such.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.Generally, 5+ years of management experience in a senior-level sales role.Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industry and in a multi-community role with management responsibility is preferred.Demonstrated experience with exceeding revenue and occupancy expectations.
