Works closely with signage production vendors to ensure seamless execution of Market signage inclusive of file transfers, proofing, print production and installation.Position ResponsibilitiesActs as a lead production director for all signage requirements for Las Vegas, High Point and Atlanta markets, across all product categories, in support of ANDMORE Marketing, Leasing, Operations and Advertising sales efforts. 25% travel.Develops, maintains, and communicates detailed work orders to signage vendors to ensure accurate production and on-time installation.Collaborates with Marketing, Leasing, Operations and Advertising Sales teams regarding planning, budgeting, and executing signage and media projects.Works with Project Management team to ensure jobs are scheduled and timelines adhered to.Keeps running inventory of all ANDMORE corporate and sold advertising and communicates a comprehensive list of advertising locations, materials, and special instructions to pertinent stakeholders of the company.Reviews and reconciles invoices and challenges all questionable charges.Manages Advertising Production Manager.Communicates detailed reports to VP of Advertising regarding production status and budget.Works with Union representatives.Maintains and oversees the signage expense budget, ensuring accurate tracking and management of all related costs and accruals.Assists in the annual forecasting process, providing detailed financial insights and projections to support budget planning and allocation.Develops, designs, edits, and proofs design assets that align with corporate and/or Market brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all materials.Acts as the central point of communication between internal departments (such as Event Operations and Construction/Development) and our preferred vendor for off-market events and projects, ensuring all parties are aligned on project timelines and deliverables.Continually assesses and aligns departmental processes to ensure they support overall organizational objectives and promote efficiency across all levels of the company.Provides strategic support to the Advertising sales department in creating custom sponsorship packages tailored to client needs and identifying and proposing new locations or opportunities to maximize revenue streams.Assists with addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.QualificationsUndergraduate degree from a four-year College with a major in Marketing or related field or a minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field preferred. The ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a hectic, fast-paced work environment to meet tight deadlines; excellent proofreading skills, accuracy, and attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills are mandatory. Software knowledge and experience should include Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.Ability to read and interpret business documents, spreadsheets, and Sales/Marketing reports. Ability to write routine reports and assist in special events and seminar copywriting.Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
