The ideal candidate will excel in transforming indoor spaces into safe, functional, and visually appealing areas. This candidate would use operative knowledge of Design, Color, and Composition to strategically plan space utilization and actively select color palettes and lighting fixtures to cultivate an inviting ambiance in diverse settings.Preferred Candidate Requirements:
3-5 years' experience relevant to commercial, hospitality, and restaurant projectsAdvanced Photoshop, Sketch-Up, 3D Rendering, Revit and AutoCAD abilitiesAbility to work well in a team environmentAdvanced experience with material selections, color palettes, furniture, etc.Expertise in layouts, colors, and lightingADA Code knowledge with ability to complete ADA SurveyIndustry practice of commonly used concepts, practices, and proceduresCapable of preparing full furniture and finish specificationsAble to communicate effectively with clients + consultantsAptitude to learn new concepts quickly and accept new challengesThe ability to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines and other metricsCreative talent, imagination, and eye for designCompany Description: Robinson Hill Architecture, Inc., is a well-respected Orange County, CA Architecture firm.
