Senior 3D Designer

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.The Senior Designer is responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion. Supervise intermediate and junior designer(s) in creating concepts, comps, layouts and final art. Required to have knowledge of printing procedures, photography, video illustration and verbal and written communication. This position requires specialized knowledge of methods and techniques of graphic design, layout and motion graphics. Senior Designer will manage an entire marketing campaign, not just the production of specific pieces, and demonstrate an ability to keep team members working and motivated within established deadlines. Should demonstrate a high level of proficiency in design, web and multimedia software and applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities:

Create and deliver graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.

Design and create brochures, sales sheets, logos and other print materials for internal and external use.

Ability to apply best practices in User Experience for the creation of Interactive material.

Creation of complex graphics, animation and live video content for a diverse array of media.

Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic projects.

Design and create enticing graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, websites, marketing demos, corporate environments, etc.)

Work with client and marketing team to understand project scope and objectives.

Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.

Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.

Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.

Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create graphics.

Assist in designing and creating storyboards.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

Maintain and follow best practices for version control, name convention and organization of graphic files.

Maintain up to date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.

Ensure compliance with company and client guidelines, deadlines and design standards.

Requirements:

A professional degree in Graphic Arts is required with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience.

Extensive knowledge/expertise and proficiency using Photoshop, InDesign, Flash & Illustrator is required. After Effects and other motion software is a plus.

You must be a self-starter and detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects and work independently as well as part of a creative team.

Industry experience strongly preferred.

Exceptional design skills demonstrated by an extraordinary portfolio.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm
