As the
Growth Marketing Manager , you will be a key player in our growth team, responsible for driving and optimizing acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on non-digital channels like TV and Audio. You will work closely with the Director of Growth Marketing and other marketing and creative stakeholders to enhance our media mix and achieve business results across our multiple retail channels as well as our DTC and ecommerce business.
What does an average day look like?
Driving Results:
Execute and optimize performance marketing strategies across TV, video, and offline channels to drive acquisition and business growth.
Taking Ownership:
Manage the TV agency relationship and ensure effective collaboration with digital channels to maximize the impact of our marketing programs.
Making Decisions:
Analyze campaign data to make data-driven decisions for improving efficiency and scaling overall programs.
Cultivating Relationships:
Work closely with cross-channel marketing and analytics teams and stakeholders to align strategies and contribute to the holistic media mix.
Instilling Trust:
Serve as a thought leader within the marketing team, sharing industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Customer Focus:
Design and implement experiments to test and refine acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and preferences.
What background should you have?
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of performance marketing background with a deep understanding of and direct response tactics and strategies for consumer brands
Rooted in decision making through data and revenue growing tactics
Experience with media agency management
Familiarity with direct media buying on traditional channels is a plus
Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, and media mix optimization
Experience with brands that have an online DTC presence and a retail presence is a plus
History of success with creative problem solving and staying nimble in ever-changing environments
Strong commitment to rapid experimentation and growth-hacking mindset.
Familiarity with A/B testing best practices and tools like Google Optimize
Impeccable attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solution-oriented mindset
Ability to be an individual contributor and a valuable team player
Familiarity with analytical platforms such as Google Analytics or Amplitude
Familiarity with BI tools and visualization
