Do you have the ability to lead seller engagement on strategic brand initiatives to create scalable solutions that help Brands stand out to Customers and build brand equity?The Sr. Program Manager, Incentives is responsible for the design, management and ongoing optimization of brand-building incentives and promotions.The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, excellent analytical abilities to identify the opportunity and root cause of issue, business acumen, and strong data-driven strategic decision making skills while working on multiple projects. They will have experience working in cross-functional environments such as working with product, marketing, finance, legal, and international counterparts.The scope for this role includes the following:Identify, develop, manage and execute analyses to uncover new business opportunitiesPresent well-written, data driven business recommendations, plans and reviewsLaunch new incentives and promotions programs by partnering with WW teams like finance, Stores, Ads, as well as international counterparts to drive ideas from conception to implementationGrow the incentives and promotions program against customer engagement business goalsThrough strong, data-driven customer insight and passionate ownership, you will maximize impact and efficiency of this exciting growth area, with significant impact for the overall business.ABOUT THE TEAMThe Brand Experience (BX) organization creates, builds and leads innovation for Brand Owners in the Amazon store. Our growing portfolio of BX tools enable brands to grow their brand awareness, improve their consideration, increase their conversion, and build brand loyalty. We have a broad mix of experience, tenures, and roles within our organization. We strive to create an open environment that allows a diverse set of team members to expand on their strengths and grow in their opportunity areas in order to drive their longer term career success.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of program or project management experienceExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipAbility to influence multiple stakeholders across diverse functional areasExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to deal with fast moving, ambiguous topics, and stilling complex problems into tangible solutionsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of driving process improvements experienceMaster's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related fieldAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
