We’re looking for talented visionaries and technical innovators to join us on our mission to transform the future of gaming.About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of our performance marketing channels (Meta and Google being the primary focus). This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, reporting, and creative execution of these channels, working closely with both agencies and freelancers to achieve our goals. In addition to overseeing our current marketing efforts, the Growth Marketing Manager will play a key role in expanding our reach into top-of-funnel channels such as TV (both linear and CTV), YouTube, and Podcasts.Key Responsibilities:Channel Management and Strategy:

Lead and manage paid social and search channels, coordinating closely with agencies and freelancers to ensure optimal campaign performance and successful execution. Test, experiment, identify, and diversify the channel mix to maximize payback and overall marketing efficiency.

Creative & Landing Page Management:

Collaborate with agencies and freelancers to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.

Reporting & Analysis:

Develop and deliver regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven analysis.

Top-of-Funnel Expansion:

Assist in the strategic planning and execution of campaigns on top-of-funnel marketing channels such as TV (linear and CTV), YouTube, and Podcasts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with other teams including Product, Sales, and Creative to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader company goals.

Budget Management:

Monitor and manage the budget across channels to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements:Experience:

3-5 years of proven success in growth marketing, with a strong focus on managing paid media channels, including Meta and Google

Testing and Optimization:

Demonstrated ability to test and iterate on marketing strategies, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms.

Direct Response Creative:

Skilled in assessing and refining creative content for paid media channels, offering valuable feedback to elevate campaign performance.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimize campaigns for performance. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Triple Whale/Northbeam, MMM, and incrementality testing.

Team Collaboration:

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics.

Top-of-Funnel Marketing : Familiarity with top-of-funnel marketing channels like TV advertising, YouTube, OOH, and Podcasts is a plus.
