Full-time, Permanent (Hybrid/Flexible/Compressed/Annualised – as agreed by line management – Head of Business Development & Marketing (HBD&M)). A minimum of 3 days a week on site is required.Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Establish and manage marketing activities whilst ensuring adherence to the company marketing strategy and all regulatory compliance.Create and manage a CRM to run all digital marketing and external communication channels.Generate relevant collateral (emails, leaflets, digital media, social media etc.) for customer query support and use at trade shows/exhibitions/conferences.Provide training and support to our highly interconnected, multidisciplinary team on correct use of any generated marketing material.Ownership and timely completion of tasks against Marketing and Commercial KPI’s.Skill Sets / Competence / Experience Required:Required:

3-5 years of demonstrable experience in marketing with clear evidence of success in prior roles.Knowledge of GDPR, PECR and other relevant privacy regulations.Office365 (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and good computer/IT skills (Microsoft Windows).Awareness of the emergence of new technology, its potential impact on current/future marketing strategies and its path to implementation within the company.Ability to utilise interpersonal skills to work across a highly interconnected, multidisciplinary team working to tight deadlines with the requirement of a ‘right first time’ approach.Desired:

Good understanding and experience of web tracking technologies (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Snowflake, or similar).Additional skills (any of the following) in photography, web development, graphic design, photo/video editing.Experience in the medical device industry, diagnostics industry, pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology industry, or other highly regulated bioscience industry; or in a marketing agency environment.An understanding of commercial considerations and intellectual property sensitivity.Use of generative AI systems (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot) for professional communications content generation.Qualifications:Required: Five GCSE’s (or equivalent) above grade C/4 including Maths and English Language.Desired: Bachelor’s degree (2.2. or above) or higher in a relevant discipline.Salary and Benefits:

Salary:

A competitive salary £31.5-£33.5k depending on experience + pension.Eligible to participate in the company bonus and/or share scheme as operated by the Company Board of Directors.33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) + company closure days.Fully sponsored training and personal development plan.
