Whether you’re a recent graduate or an experienced professional, Sazerac provides extraordinary opportunities for growth with competitive salaries and benefits in an exciting, entrepreneurial industry.Job Description/Responsibilities The On Premise Leader - Guest Strategy & Field Marketing is responsible for creating demand for the company brand portfolio through market specific Off-and On-Premise programming executed at scale, by Off-Premise channel/On-Premise outlet and respective Key Accounts.Innovative, engaging and educational solutions to build trade advocacy with key decision/’taste’ makers within the On-Premise channel. Collaborates with US Shopper Marketing Leader and Global Commercial Planning & Analytics Manager. Wired with key market teams and across Sales, Category Leadership, Business Intelligence and Brand to drive impactful and scalable shopper & guest marketing programs.Use PDS as tool to conduct optimal performance discussions, articulate consistent skill evaluations, recommend actions and tactics, and measure progress. Utilize PDS system to identify places for self improvement in order to improve effectiveness at job and achieve goals.Omnichannel integrated path to purchase marketing to drive consumer/shopper awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty. Provides market, channel and national account input into brand strategies and plans by country. Leads shopper & guest insights and consumption occasion based national programming platform development (with channel, and national account specific adaptation/execution oversight) to determine brand portfolio shopper program activities. Assesses size of the prize of each growth driver and oversight over exploitation of those opportunities through activation in the markets.Develop and follow action plan to gain the skills, learning experiences & results needed to meet career goals of self and support direct reports in leveraging the CDS process. Use CDS system to guide and record progress.POS strategy and development of POS tools, POS prioritization, and procurement standards and processes. Works with Global Manager Commercial Planning & Analytics to ensure effective planning and efficient programming execution and measurement.For assigned platforms/categories/brands, leads execution of strategic sales plan, commercialization of big bet marketing plans, activation, and selling stories to reach sales and profit objectives. Develop fact based selling materials that result in successful sales results for focus priorities. Effective budget management delivering efficiencies and ROI as per shopper & guest marketing programming KPI’s.Creation of occasion based (multi-brand) national shopper & guest marketing programs across channel and outlet segments as well as national key account customers. Oversight of development of national account specific growth drivers and up-levelled support for Power Partner National Key Accounts (NKAs).Oversight and prioritization of channel/outlet-specific category and brand portfolio activities. Creates shopper & guest marketing strategies, develops category growth drivers and oversees implementation and execution of (brand) portfolio events. Determines market, channel and national account priorities and implications to execute growth drivers.Works closely with the Shop (our internal creative team) and external agencies in briefing, delivering effective & efficient creative solutions, programming, marketing materials, promotion, and media for Portfolio national programming. Delivers holistic (Off- and On-Premise) and timely shopper & guest marketing programming briefs to The Shop.Qualifications/Requirements
