You’ll be working closely with the team’s director, and across other Compass creative divisions to develop the best possible visuals, video stories, and video collateral.You’ll also lead and assist on video shoots as well as live video productions. You should be a team player who is eager to learn, strives to be creative, and understands the need to be flexible. And you should be someone who thrives in a creative environment, but who understands the importance of deadlines and details. Must be based in Charlotte, NC, but prepared to travel as necessary.What You’ll Do:* Create video that aligns with client requirements as well as follow video team standards* Capture and integrate audio and video content into presentations, websites, and social media, creating assets for a variety of projects* Lead/assist video team with video and photo shoot productions* Organize and follow through on video and photo shoots as needed to develop assets* Work closely with a variety of teams across Compass group, ensuring that videos effectively communicate the correct messages* Organize and maintain all creative assets, ensuring all files are clearly labeled and easy to access* Partner with sales teams to ensure video content is meeting their needs* Lead/assist video team in live video productions to potential sales opportunities.* Consistently present new and out-of-the-box ideas for video contentWho You’ll Be:* 3+ years’ professional experience in video shooting/creation/production* Well versed in video editing using creative techniques* Experience taking photos, ideally with some understanding of sales/marketing* A project manager who possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects* Highly creative, engaged, and an eye for detail* Expert in Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis in Premiere* Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve and Adobe After Effects is a plus* Mac OS familiarity is a plus* A pro-active self-starter who takes initiative and likes a creative challenge* Comfortable operating with a sense of urgency* Ability to meet short and long deadlines, and switch gears quickly* Able to travel as necessary, expecting one to two travel shoots a month or as neededApply to Compass Group today!Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story (ompass-usa.com/our-story/)Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
