Be prepared to join a team that is deeply committed, boldly innovative, and fiercely good for our consumers and customers, for our people, and for our communities.**Job Description**We are seeking an experienced **Manager, Omni Commerce** to drive Omni Activation of our National Brand Sponsorships, Promotions and Partnerships across BTB channels and retailers. This position will report to the Director, Omni Shopper Marketing.The candidate will provide functional expertise crossing brand and retail program activation with emphasis on driving connectivity and collaboration between sales, brand and national shopper efforts. This person will work with brand to develop National Shopper Marketing Sponsorships, Promotions and Partnerships that can / will be activated across our Retail Partners working in collaboration with shopper marketers, sales teams, category management, channel development and insights team. The candidate must have multi-channel / retailer Shopper Marketing experience and been responsible for developing and driving integrated omni channel shopper experiences that stimulate brand demand and drive conversion in a fast-paced, technological shopper environment. A clear understanding of each retailer within the channel and their priorities and opportunities to build successful go-to-market plans is key.**Personnel Responsibilities:**Omni Channel Program Development / Management / Activation• Lead external agency and internal cross-functional teams to develop optimal and actionable strategies, concepts and tactics supporting BTB sponsorships, promotions and partnerships• Understanding overarching channel priorities candidate will establish shopper marketing briefs with clearly defined objectives and KPIs aligned to brand and sales team goals that drive our National Shopper Marketing activities and hit or exceed our growth targets• Bring BTB National Promotions to life at retail with strong ROI mindset• Work with external vendors/agencies to execute projects as assigned, on budget & on time• Develop & manage project timelines & budgets in coordination with brand & shopper teams• Manage national shopper activation plans & budgets across retailers and brands; this includes but is not limited to owning incremental dollar request and vendor payments• Manage creative and legal approval process• Measure post-promotion results using agency and internal data• This position will also be a key owner of Shopper Marketing budgets and reconciliation – strong budget acumen is a mustBrand Program Management• Work closely with the brand and agency team to manage timelines and ensure correct brand assets and lead key meetings with brands and shopper team• Lead collaboration with fellow Shopper Marketers to align efforts and drive efficiency• Commercialize shopper plans with the brand and sales organizations• Manage creative approval process with agency and brand teams• Drive the planning and implementation of brand programs in retail• Responsible for driving alignment with Brand Teams**Qualifications****Skillsets Required:**• Minimum of 5 years of omni channel marketing, promotions or sponsorship experience including multi-channel retailer expertise• Industry knowledge including current trends, CPG and retailer information and business philosophies• Motivational mindset, inspiring team to deliver top performance every day against assigned business objectives• Strategic thinking in the development of Omni Channel Shopper programs and management of day-to-day business• Strong listening skills and attention to detail with sound decision-making skills• Passion about Omi Shopper Marketing to improve / grow in this ever-changing landscape• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills• Some travel is requiredBlueTriton Brands, Inc.
