Job Descriptions:Provide Subject Matter Expertise to HQ SpOC Directorates and Space Electromagnetic Warfare (SEW) MAT in exercising generate, present, and sustain, efforts as well as Service component responsibilities regarding forward garrisoning, strategic basing, and international partnerships.Support and facilitate all aspects of fielding of new space system programs of record and rapid/quick reaction capabilities to meet Force Design and Force Presentation to USSPACECOM and in support of foreign international partnerships.The Contractor shall track to completion, all aspects of international cooperative efforts and programs (facilities, manpower, funding, logistics, etc.) by assisting HQ SpOC with the development, coordination, review, and revision, of policy and international agreements for forward garrison, strategic basing, and international partnerships.The Contractor shall analyze, provide recommendations, and develop SEW system and force structure requirements to include international partnership equities.Develop, support, and coordinate basing and bed-down activities involving new and deployable capabilities to include conducting site surveys. Organize, brief, and participate in senior steering groups and action officer working groups at all levels.Interface with other United States Government (USG) organizations, international partners, higher headquarters, and subordinate units.Support and participate in regular interactions with U.S. and International General Officer/Senior Executive Service personnel and prepare leadership for meetings and steering groups as well as decision making forums.The Contractor shall support International Travel (3-4 times a year) and Domestic Travel (approximately 1-3 times a quarter).Required Experience:RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 10+ years space operations experience including 6+ years MAJCOM/Field Command headquarters experience; experience working in classified (SAP/SAR) space environment; experience with AF instruction documents and HQ SpOC supplements, using HQ USSF tool sets (e.g., TMT and MS Office); comprehension of preparation, development, review, and coordination processes with documents and deliverables across all security levels (Unclassified, Secret, TS/SCI, SAP/SAR).In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $125,000 to $130,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteranKeyword: Electronic Warfare Force Design / Force Presentation SMEFrom: Sigmatech, Inc.
