The Client Marketing Personalization Manager will be responsible for leading the development and socialization of critical, cross-channel experiences that match clients to integrated solutions based on where they are in their relationship lifecycle -- leveraging client signals, advanced analytical insights, and opportunity events whenever possible. Drive profitable and efficient business growth and support the advancement and utilization of enterprise MarTech platforms and capabilities through the consultation and design of personalized experiences that are grounded in data and aligned to key business priorities. Contribute to strategic planning and related processes and disciplines. Collaborate with key partners across the enterprise, including other stakeholders within Marketing; LOB (product and channel); Analytics; Technology; Finance; Risk, and Operations. The role entails socialization of new, sometimes breakthrough ideas to influence and gain alignment among senior business leaders on our marketing approach and strategy.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.Identify opportunities to improve client marketing experiences using insights, events, and behaviors captured across 1st and 3rd party data sources; size opportunities based on estimated incremental business value, client impacts, and feasibility in order to inform roadmap prioritization. Partner with data and analytics partners as well as marketing product/platform owners to define high level data and technology requirements necessary to enable specific, high value, personalized marketing experiences. Advise and consult on complex marketing experience designs, working horizontally across Relationship Lifecycle Marketing program leads. Recommend, socialize, design, and manage the development of new personalized experience pilots/POCs that challenge the status quo. Manage overall inventory of analytic data signals and other decision intelligence for marketing activation. Monitor client needs and competitive market place, and provides ongoing marketing support that ensures the competitiveness of offered products and services. Apply strong risk management practices to ensure compliant use of data and content across client facing marketing campaigns and targeting strategies. Oversee prioritization of marketing analytics and reporting requests. Manage personalized experience backlog in partnership with martech platform partners. Help build and maintain reporting capabilities to establish and track KPIs, and communicate the value of personalization strategies and tactics to LOBs and senior management**QUALIFICATIONS****Required Qualifications:**The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Experience working within, (or knowledge and familiarity of) Adobe Experience Platform and related Adobe products and capabilities; sound and comprehensive understanding of marketing technology, data & analytics, and business and organizational strategies.
