Implements content marketing programs utilizing a data-driven omni-channel approach for targeted audiences to educate, inform, engage, build relationships with prospects, strengthen client relationships, and promote T. Rowe Price as a thought leader.Responsibilities:+ Develops & delivers content marketing strategies and recommends solutions for thought leadership, educational and marketing content that engages and serves clients and prospects.+ Develops and disseminates content marketing in an efficient, consistent, and timely manner for clients and prospects.+ Partners with cross-functional teams that includes but is not limited to editors, writers, data teams, product owners and marketers to develop and refine content activation ideas for targeted audiences.+ Manages all production aspects of Insights email program – determines line up (in partnership with IPRC), source, review and choose content, determine audience, coordinate with database marketing for distribution and measurement.+ Leads analysis of Insights content performance and test and learn approach for Insights email activation, sharing learnings and analysis with key stakeholders; leverage learnings for evolution of content programs aligned to strategic objectives and key results.+ Supports the evolution of the customer communications management (CCM) strategy and implements changes within content marketing programs.+ Supports II Integrated Content Planning through process development, change management and governance.+ Develops a solution for and manages an integrated content plan across key strategic programs that effectively captures and communicates target audiences, content topics, desired outcomes, and the channel distribution strategy.+ Establish the capability to track, measure and report on II content performance across digital and offline channels.+ Partners across II to identify opportunities for and activate content strategies tied to key service engagements to improve client satisfaction and/or reduce call volume.Qualifications (Required):+ Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant AND+ 5+ years of total relevant work experience in a content marketing or marketing operations role.+ Ability to lead and influence cross-functional projects/workstreams.+ Analytical skills and abilities to meaningfully improve solutions to meet business goals.+ Highly organized and efficient ways of working, including the ability to develop clear and concise content/communications.FINRA RequirementsFINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.Work FlexibilityThis role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:We strive for equity, equality, and opportunity for all associates.
