The Associate Director of Corporate Communications will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s communication strategies, working directly with the Director of Corporate Communications and the broader Communications team. This position will support both internal and external communications efforts, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate communications, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.**Key Responsibilities:****Develop and Implement Communication Strategies:**+ Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.+ Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.**Internal Communications:**+ Work with Director of Internal Communications to develop and manage enterprise internal communications initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.+ Create and distribute newsletters, emails, organizational/change management and other internal communications materials.**Executive Communications:**+ Support key leaders by developing employee emails, articles, presentations, town halls, employee events and other communications materials for executives.+ Ensure clear and consistent messaging from the leadership team.**Crisis Communications:**+ Support the development and implementation of strategies to manage communications during crises or unexpected events as necessary.+ Help protect the company’s reputation in times of crises and provide clear and transparent information to stakeholders.**Content Creation:**+ Produce a variety of content, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and videos, to engage different audiences and promote the company’s messages.+ Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand values and messaging.**Stakeholder Engagement:**+ Work across departments and teams, demonstrating a collaborative, inclusive style. Embrace diversity of thought, background and experience in driving towards optimal communication solutions.+ Support public relations efforts as needed.**Qualifications:**+ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. Healthcare/Pharma experience is a plus.+ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications, including internal communications, executive communications and media relations.+ Experience in a global, publicly traded corporation is preferred.+ Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and familiarity with AP Style.+ Strong understanding of communications strategy and ability to tailor content based on audience and channel.+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.+ Experience with crisis communications and media relations.+ Proficiency in social media and digital communication tools.+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
