Acquires subject knowledge by interviewing product developers, observing performance of production methods, referring to technical specifications, blueprints, engineering illustrations, and trade journals. Oversees preparation of illustrative materials, selecting drawings, sketches, diagrams and charts. Conducts quality review of materials.Bachelors Degree with 9 years experience with 13 years experience in lieu of degree.Required skills – RQ-4 maintenance experience, experience in performing maintenance utilizing the Operations and Maintenance Manuals, editing and verifying technical procedure manuals.Must have a Secret Level Clearance to be considered.**Salary Range:** $86,000 - $129,500The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
